ACANAC DSL用了整一年，4月19日到期，也不通知(查了邮箱，没有邮件)，直接续签，扣$407，今天查信用卡才发现，打电话没人，发了一个邮件please cancel my account and refund the service fee。还要做什么才能把钱要回来？19-22这几天的上网费怎么算？

看来得小心，我也在用这家。
话要说回来，除了ncf，好像没有比它便宜了，除非有什么另外的促销。
毕竟第一年他们应该是赔钱的。

You should have remembered your expiry date and notified them before that. Most ISP automatically renew your contract in hope that you forget to cancel!

I had a smilar situation, except that I notified them 2 days ahead of my expiry, but they still charged me $407, I had to email them back and ask for refund. So just write them back at accounting@acanac.com, they will instruct you how to return the modem to them.

In order to take advantage of this special offer you have to pay for 2 years in advance.
Now what we can do for you, is to downgrade your service to 6 month plan and refund the reminder (407.40-6*35.95=191.70$)

I got pure 5M speed after I switched to acanac, Sympatico said giving me 5M actually it was only 3M. I asked Acanac to upgrade to 5M after I found in my profile, you may want to check your profile first.

it depends on the router to show the status of isp connection. Login on your router to to see if there is any status button of WAN or Internet. Mine is acanac and show the upload is 800K and download is 5M.
