Hello

I see a house in Central Park area built by Ashcroft. I heard that there were some constructional defects on the houses built by Ashcroft such as roof leaking and foundation cracks. ARE THESE TRUE? Anyone have comments?

不知道别家, 反正我家房顶有接缝的地方漏水来着, 不过他们给修好后再没漏过.

如果你买新房, 建筑商给保修一年, 有啥问题也暴露了, 就是修呗. 如果是旧房, 就算有问题, 房也应该都修好了. 再说你买的时候一定要请验房师, 这个在哪区买也一样, 不管是谁建的也要验.

I am thinking to buy a town house Ashcroft Regency model locate in Cental Park. It is three bedroom, but two of them are quite small. 9.10*8.00 and 9*8.50. It has 1.5 bathroom. They ask around $270K, do you think it is over priced?
