But on the website, there is no Vitoria day in the holiday list.

They should open , since they only close according to the holidays they listed on the website. Most of them are chinese holidays. I went there on Easter Monday and they opened.

使馆机构是属于中国的，使馆的建筑是属于中国的领土范围，所以使馆工作人员的节假日是按中国的节假日放的。
