买了Minto的房，正在建造中. 今天去看发现少做俩个窗户based on my model and 合同。 问题是如果我要求加上这俩个窗户， 必然和临居窗户很近 （同一个边）。而临居model 是suppose 没有窗户在边上开的。这也是为什么我买这个model (we bought houses at same day and time, we know each other’s models). 现在看来临居后来换了model并且加了边窗（此model suppose也没边窗 based on Minto floor plan）. 可当初签合同时确实是我的model有边窗而临居的没有。现在情况与合同相反，我该怎样与Minto交涉？

Our builder is not Minto. At the time when we found they forgot a window, we reminded them, and they added it on later.

Thank you for your replaying. The problem is: at begging I want to have side windows because my neighbor hasn't. But now, if I ask to add the two windows, they will very close to my neighbor's windows. (it seems my neighbor made some changes for their model )

跟他们argue，要求他们按合同办。如果能改他们会给你改，不然也会在其它方面给你补偿。我一个朋友就是这样，他客厅本来是一个大窗户，结果给装成2个小窗户，当时已经没法再改了，minto就送了一套中央空调给他作为补偿。

based on = 根据
suppose = 应该
floor plan = 图纸
