申请信用卡？

请问有谁知道哪个银行可以帮international student办理信用卡吗？
我试过RBC & HSBC，都被拒了，因为不是移民或者没有足够信用记录。
如果有的话，是不是需要我在那个银行存够一定时间的钱呢？

你在哪个学校上学？好像OU和CU都有MBNA Bank的MasterCard，专门针对学校的学生的。

I got a Mastercard from MBNA bank and visa from TD and CIBC.
I just showed them my passport and visa.I am international student and I got no SIN number.
You can do it beacause I did it.Don't worry,you are customer,they will try to help u.Do u have account in TD or CIBC?I am not sure whether it will help with the credit card application if you have account in TD ot CIBC.You can apply for credit card in many places,you don't have to concentrate on the famous banks.Another way is to apply for PC mastercard.

什么叫Credit transfer, 一旦你有了Credit Card,你就会有Credit记录了,娜家银行的Credit部门都可以看到你的纪录.

credit不行，payment可以。但是通常银行会给类似的credit limit.

我刚刚看到MBNA的申请条款，好像是说，没有年费，但是每个月还钱TRANSFER的时候要交1%的手续费，不足$7.5还要交$7.5, 那岂不是很贵？
不知道是不是我理解有误,请大虾们解释一下。
还有CASH ADVANCE是什么啊。
