好像每年都涨10-25块，一般是在政府允许的百分比之内。
Minto要涨，它会超过政府允许的百分比，所以要开听证会？
房价嘛，比去年同期是落了点儿。

My previous rent company raised 4% * 800 = 32.
So I spend $200 on moving. If the new company raises rent again. I will pay another $200. 400/12 = 33.33/M Average moving fee for changing.

Think of it before you change.

My friend told me why it is so cheap.
The high crime rate drove previous tenant out. Drug, prostitute and stealing are very often.

If you have a nice car, make sure you have 0 deduct comprehensive covered. Make sure lock the room door and NEVER NEVER open the door responding any stranger when you are along. Make pepper spray handy for woman. Good luck, Man.
