去年刚开出来时就去看过,那边lot都很大，所以房子之间空得比较开，
而且价格并不贵。
唯一令人不爽的是去那儿得经过一大片坟地。
我这人有点迷信，所以放弃了。
TAMARACK的房子standard标准都很高，不像Minto...。

Tamarack is good. You don't have to do much upgrade for the house. Tartan and Tamarack develope Findly Creek together. Tartan's house is a little bit cheaper but after upgrades, the price is similar. Both builders are pretty good.

考虑机场噪音了吗？

the airlines are two to three kms north, so the noise can't be heard. there is no planes flying overhead.
I like it because it is very environmental friendly. the community is totally new. its north beside green belt, its south is a wetland (will be conservation area).
the bank street is four land 80km/h road. It's better than riverside south or barheaven.
but the shortcomming is I can only get it Feb, 2004. It's a long time. I have held a lot for a week.
any other suggestions.
