How to find out unknow cliper on my car?

I have a 92 Honda Civic Si, the front cliper is changed but I don't know from car and what year. All I know it is from Acura.

I saw there is Casting # on the cliper.

The cliper is leaking now, I don't know what to do, evening I want to replace the bad cliper, I still need to know what kind of cliper it is now.

Anybody have any idea?

You are right, my car had been modified, that is the problem.

I asked the dealer already, they said for the year around 1992, they need special order. They don't have the cliper in stock, they can not compare. They have to order before they can compare, that's why I am stuck!!!
