QC不用交水费, 房子和地税比较便宜.政治因素变化多, 房价会受一定影响. 小孩上法语学校, 以后要看法语版成绩单. 信件传单是法语的. 法律体系和安省不同, 至今没有华人律师在QC那边. QC收入税很高,DAYCARE非常便宜但排队很长, 汽车保险较低.


ON水费每月30-40元, 房子和地税贵点. 房价稳定有升, 小孩英语教育和法语浸入教育, 英语交流, 有华人律师. ON收入较低, DAYCARE队又长还很贵, 汽车保险较高.

I have a very nice real estate agent for you. Prices in Ottawa are 40 to 50% highter! Electricity is cheaper in Québec; also, we don't
have to pay for water, car insurance are lower, health insuraance is lower than in Ontario, etc. The possibility of Québec independance/separation should not be a concern ... unless you like
to worry for nothing!

Hull, Gatineau, and Alymer have been merged into a big city a few years ago, officially called Gatineau.

If you want to buy a house, you don't necessarily to hire an agent. The agent who represents the owner can also help you.

There was one Chinese real estate agent before and he was good. He already left Canada.
