我的孩子每天坐校车，但校车不在公寓门口停（校车经过我们的公寓门口），在很远的另一个路口停的，那时车上只有我孩子和另一个小女孩，已经没有其他学生了，而且那个小女孩也住在我们的公寓里。因为这件事情，我们到学校去过，校方让跟校车公司联系，我们给校车公司打电话，但他们说那是校车停车点，不能随便改。但我看到其他的校车在我公寓门口停。
都说加拿大处处为孩子们着想，但为何在这个事情上这么“坚持原则”呢？在春秋天还好说，在那儿等等车也无妨，但过两天气温到-30—— -40度，那真是比较可怕的事情，因为校车经常的晚点，不是很准时。
不知各位遇到这样的事情该怎样处理？需要联系哪些部门呢？

Keep talk to school, school bus driver and their company, they won't change at the beginning but sometime they will change later, the reason they said is may be there will have other new student take the school bus and need to pick at that street, so after one or two months later, they make sure there has no kids use that stop, they will change.
