我一直用Bell Sympatico High Speed Ultra(5 MB), $45/month.

2006年一年的网速都在 4 MB 左右.

今年元月以后网速一直上不去,低于1 MB. Bell 也查不出毛病, 说是我们小区电话线路不好(其实我们是新区,线路应该很好), 把我的最高网速限制在 2.4 MB (Bell 说合同是 Up to 5 MB), 马马呼呼用了半年多 (网速能到 2 MB).

可是八月后, 网速又上不去了, 只有 0.5MB. 这次, Bell把我的最高网速限制到 1.8 MB, 这样一来, 我的实际网速只可到0.8MB.

实在忍无可忍,想换一家公司,不知哪家公司提供无流量限制高速上网服务? 因有四 台机, 一手提,所以月流量会超过100 G. (~测网速时,只联一台, 哈)

Primus will charge me only $20/month (forever) for the 5MB high speed DSL if I tranfer my home phone to Primus. Primus told me that they promise at least 2.5MB. Otherwise they do not call it "high speed".

This looks interesting to me.

How is the reputation of the company? Do they deliver services they promise?
