[寻找] Mandarin teacher

One of my friend (speaking English young lady) will move to Toronto downtown next week, she use to learn Mandarin in Ottawa, she want to keep on learning Mandarin, can anyone recommend any Mandarin teacher who can go to downtown to teach my friend? Also does anyone know how much that will be? Thanks.
