Pomeranians are watch dogs and they can be loud. It is not their fault since they were bred that way. Poms can be very dominant toward other dogs and possessive of their owners, so they are good as only pets or with other poms, but not recommanded to raise with other types of dogs. Especially Daschounds, since they are submissive in nature and Pom and Daschound is the worst combination ever! you should have done some research in dog breeds before getting the dogs.

In addition, Poms are very stubborn and sensitive so beating them is the worst thing you can do to mess up their personality. If you can't handle your pom, give it up to Humane Society or BARK and they will find a one pet only loving home for him/her. In your situation this is the best solution since now both dogs and you are suffering.

haha，我家也有博美，还有一个蝴蝶犬。最让我生气的是，博美每次出去玩不栓着的话就像小跳蚤一样，跳啊，跳啊的不见了。然后叫唤她，从来都是不搭理的，比聋子还聋。走几步路，就耍赖，躺在马路中间非要抱抱。

而且成天欺负我家的猫，没事就撞猫猫，撞了掉头就跑，只差不够人家打，哈哈。不过她咬人不用力的。闲着没事就睡觉，晒太阳，挡在电视面前赚取目光，跟我争着进门用空调。

楼主还的继续教育他的,博美这种狗狗本来就很神经质的(所以他们很喜欢叫),嫉妒心也很强,更何况他是你第一个养的...
但你一定要记得哦,就是没看到他在干坏事情之前,是不应该打他的,因为打了也没用,他不知道为什么要打他,你一定要在看到他坏后，立马打他,边打边告诉他你为什么打他,还有把他带到他欺负的狗狗面前打他...
多几次,应该会好很多的...要有耐心哦

还有，咬人是一定要打的，特别刚咬完你，要打,用一个尺子一类的东西打,要让他感觉到疼才行,怎么能咬主人呢,大概是你惯的...
等他乖的时候,也别忘了表扬他,安抚他,让他知道乖的时候才能得到大家的喜欢
