你好,我想买一部 1997 Pontiac Sunfire,但是车主没有Safety test,有没有关系呢? and the ABS and Air bag lights(indicators) are always on when driving(or when the engine is on),is this normal,if it's not,do u know how much does it cost to fix those problems? thanks谢谢...请致电799-5788 或悄悄话或跟贴...

你要是买了，上牌照时必须有：Safety test， emission test, Used Vehicle Information Package. 若车主没做 Safety test，则你必须要做。若你做时，没有通过，你必须做必要的修理只到通过为止。
