It is a Toyota Tercel 1999 at the price of $4500, with about 100K Km. Timing Belt needs to be replaced, Brake needs to be serviced. A lens of the headlight is broken to be repaired (is it legal to drive with a broken lens in Ontario). My friend needs to make the decision today.
