Seller: Go to an MTO licence office and buy an "Information Pakage" for the vehicle; in the ownership paper fill in information required and sign; provide Safety Check and Emission Test papers (both can be done by either party)

Buyer and Seller: Fill in the infomation required for both in the Information Package and sign

Buyer: Prepared a certified cheque; get the insurance number; take your driver's licence; grab the signed Information Package and the Ownership signed by the seller; go to the MTO office and have the ownership transffered and have the vehicle plated
