我一个室友是SB，一个本地白人。。。


我开车出去，他在房间里的窗户往外看，说我闯了另外一个室友（印度人）的车子。而后印度人，努力去他车子上找到了一条，说是我弄的。。


我的车是BETTLE ，我当时听说以后，就马上很努力的检查了自己的车子，确定自己的车子绝对没有碰过那个印度人的。。


请我大家有什么好的意见么？

Don't say anything and more things, just record what they said in paper and calm down, waiting their next action.

简单一句话，没有证据，他们是很难作出什么有实质性的动作的，就那么一个“人证”是很说服保险公司和警察的；如果他们威胁你，你可以记录下来，打911。

那你就叫他们在你车上相应位置找到碰撞痕迹

Take magnified and regular photos of both cars where, they said, the spot of impact was as soon as possible (the photos should show the front page of any daily newspaper). Keep the photos in case of future litigation.

Most likely the insurer of the Indian person will not accept the claim for lack of significance and circumstantial evidence. DO NOT provide any insurance information to the Indian guy, just say, "I've never touched your vehicle."

This should be the end of everything. However, if he reported a hit-and-run to his insurer, your insurance company would call you up. Then, show them the photos and say,"He fabricates a story to defraud his insurance company."
