求助 letters of recommendation

请教各位学长：
我网上找工作，网上提交申请。关于推荐信，很困惑。要求见下面描述。我的推荐人怎样才能将推荐信交给我，我再网上提交？（我理解的是这样的操作，不知对否。）如果电邮给我，我再上传，我岂不是就能看见这推荐信了？

有可能是这样操作的吗？比如说，推荐人上传到某个“云” 给我个链接，我交申请时上传这个链接，之后，雇主点链接，向推荐人申请阅读推荐信 并下载。。这样的话，就避免我看到了。。。

请学长指教。

Application Requirements
In order to be considered for the program please include the following in your application, please note that you will need to attach the required documents as per the list below when submitting your application. Failure to do so will result in your application being excluded from searches.

• Resume
• Transcript - an electronic copy is sufficient, it does not have to be an official version.
• Two letters of recommendation (please note that you need to attach the letters to your application profile, your referees will need to provide you with their letters so that you can attach it to your application)

When submitting your application you can include the required documents in any attachment field such as «Second language evaluation results» or «Other attachments».

谢学长！可是有个重要的推荐人，他好像还没见过这种形式，持否定态度。还的给他洗脑。找工作的过程也学习提高。

他写说明他认真负责任。有时候别人忙，或者因为不知道推荐信具体怎样的需求，索性让你自己起草了。他落个款签个字封个信封。

可能你写的比推荐人好呢。这还真不一定。主要是内容过关，其实雇主不太挑剔。当然学校教授期望写作好些，不过教授也不知道是你捉刀。

if necessary, you could ask your references to write a letter, put it in an envelope, seal and sign/stamp on it. Then you can send the sealed envelope with your application

anyway the application appears not very serious to me, not sure about the positions..

可能你写的比推荐人好呢。这还真不一定。主要是内容过关，其实雇主不太挑剔。当然学校教授期望写作好些，不过教授也不知道是你捉刀。

谢谢，这个推荐人是我导师，英语母语，业内知名，本专业知名期刊的专业编辑，同意给我推荐。但他他要求很严（我学了很多）。所以哈，雇主能看出来不是他写的。。

谢学长，对我每一步都不敢大意啊。。。国际学生的机会本来就很少。。。

- 推荐信不能自己写，但你可以给推荐人提供背景资料
- 推荐信大都是本人转交的。你的推荐人不肯的话，让他亲自送一趟吧。大概高级别的推荐，比如大学教授可能会这样，小心了，不让你看也可能会说你坏话

谢谢提醒，是我不想看。问题是他也送不了。提交要求参见求助帖原文。他不会美化我，会实事求是。他说他没见过在我求助帖原文中描述的提交方式，，我来求助是看我理解的对不对。有没有方法既可满足我网上提交申请的方式，又满足我看不到推荐信的要求
