Never buy stuff from Canadian Tire！

我今天白天在CT kanata location买了个mastercraft 木地板stapler. $199. 买之前专门问了cust service 如果要有毛病可否退。他们说yes.

下班回家敲了几下，要么staples 进不去，要么jam.浪费了我好几个小时。我去了Barhaven location 说要退，他们说sorry,根据masterCraft 的policy, 只换不退，且态度强硬。

只好明天去CT Kanata location 斗争。

Beware, beware..... for me, means NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM CRAPPY TIRE!!!

If you go to CT for your car test or repair, they always list a numbers problems, many of them are not so serious as they said and some even not a problem, but they'll charge you a very big money!

So, be careful to a car service in CT too!

我在CT买了一个充电吸尘器，买的时候只有最后一个，看样子盒子是打开过，回来一试，根本冲不上电。只好退了，不知他们是否会又放回架子上，接着卖。

You can certainly refund it with full cash back if the product is defective. They cannot refuse that.

I returned stuffs several times now at the Kanata branch. They usually only asked if there is anything wrong with it. I always say "No, I just want to return it".

Returned, no problem. The same cust. service guy happened to be there.

But still, make sure you double check (specially air or power tools) before you hand over your credit card to them!

只去过CT修车行一次, 因为听说CT修车行象黑店, 就一直不去. 直到有一次, 我的老车不偏不倚坏到了CT旁边, 懒得拖车, 就去了CT, 修好之后, 往回走, 不到一公里, 车又坏在路上了. 懒得回去找CT, 也懒得去别的车行, 直接叫废车厂拖走了. 从此, 再也没去过CT修车行.

2 年前，去买了一个$260的高档水龙头，安装不上，去退。Canadian Tire's custom service assistant 挺凶的。说我们不会安装，凶巴巴的教。结果确实安装上了，但是没用几个月，就坏了。​

我在CT退过好多次, 从十几块的到百来块的东西都有. 没有一次有问题的. 连what's wrong with it都没有问过. 不过发票, 原包装最好带着. 我一般去Merivale或者Heron那两家.

One thing you don't know.

Each Canadian Tire is PRIVATE owned(Franchise). So return policy could be different between them. You need check reputaion of them before you buy anything costy.

It sucks.

Frankly, never have problem with return/refund at CT. Even you don't have receipt, they will issue you store credit at the lowest sale price.

Canadian Tire多数都是Franchise。最好是在哪里买的在哪里退或换。 如果是WALMART, WINNERS, THE BAY, ZELLERS, FURTURESHOP, BESTBUY... 这些纯总公司经营的连锁店，你可以在任何店退货，从魁省买在安省退，可以！

奇怪了 我一直去CT买啊退啊换啊 没有任何问题 不过从来没去过Barrhaven的
也有很多次买的店没货了 他们就帮查哪里还有 就去另外有的一家换 也从来没问题啊
最喜欢就是CT的Mastercraft Lifetime warranty tools 用了２-３年 出了问题抱回去 换个新的
我一直觉得CT实在太好了

我一般去carling上的那家，挺大的，感觉那不错，有几次买的东西不喜欢那去退也没问题。我觉得还是看location还有就是给你服务的那个人。
