请推荐最经济的 cellphone/plan

各位大侠们， 我想要个cellphone， 一般情况下我不怎么用， 只是用来做紧急备用的。

请问用那家的plan好呢？记得几年前，在7/11店好像有个plan， 无月费， 还可以carryover 没有用完的时间， 可惜现在Ottawa没了。

7-11 Speakout 应该是比较适合的，可惜Ottawa没有7-11了，我的手机费用快用完了，正在琢磨着怎么充值呢。
类似7-11的有Petro Canada和Quicker的手机，可以去看看。

不包括税,算上税大概28吧,有caller id,有语音信箱,信号覆盖一般,不是太好,好在有语音信箱,接不到的就回过去,反正不花钱

no, i got the same plan, better than my previous corporate one.
just call their customer service and try negotiate a better plan, if you've used their service at least one year.
