儿子放弃Stephen Harper转向Jack Layton

儿子原来坚定支持Stephen Harper组成多数政府。
今天，突然宣布投票Jack Layton，并希望全家跟进。
看来，家庭选战走向统一，走向CHANGE。

你儿子多大了， 有选举权吗？他转变是不是Jack Layton 更能煽情啊？

You guys must not be in Canada when NDP Bob Rae was elected. The debt they incurred was so huge that Mike Harris (PC) or the Liberals had to cut service and increase tax.

As I said, the changes can't be made:

Term 1: PC tried to cut services and others to reduce debts. People are not happy and won't PC out.

Term 2: Liberals won and increased taxes. Economy not good again.

Term 3: People not happy with Liberals and vote for PC again.

Term 4: Liberals won and repeated the same thing.

Canada moves few steps forward and then moves backward again. Forward and backward and so on. Histroy repeat itself over and over again. This is all because people forget the past.

This time, people are tired of Liberals and like to hear the sweet promises by NDP.

Sigh!

My son voted too (just graduated last year). But he didn't vote for NDP. He knows the bad impact of voting for NDP.

但因为他人的投票意向与你不同, 而去酸人攻击人, 这多半是不合法的, 至少是没气度的表现.

JACK LAYTON 之所以此番获得很多新的民意支持票, 就是因为他谈吐坦然, 把重点放在民众最关心的问题上, 对事不对人的竟选策略也深得人心.

而保守党里近年来出现了很多那种秘密行事, 独裁专断, 死不认错, 心胸狭隘的人和事, 这是大家最反感的.

Oh yes, 谈吐坦然! This reminds me of Nortel's CEO. They are all 谈吐坦然!

They look good outside! My friends had few interactions with Jack Layton's wife in Toronto. When my friend approached her for help, they didn't respond. When it was election time, they sent her email to ask for support. What a joke!

还有一点不太理解,JACK这个光顾被警察扫黄RAID的按摸院的人,竟然还可以接着搞政治,虽然他最后没被CHARGE,可好好的人去那种地方赶吗呢?发展党员?
