问问楼主, 既然去年白人收了你120事情没干好, 你怎么不生白人的气呢? 还有你有没有提示这个水管工你曾经马桶曾经出国问题, 这样也许他可以把问题解决的快一些. 因为什么把马桶的原因跳过的呢?

我请水管工差不过80 - 90 一个种,后来关系好了,有的时候他会给到70. 你可以比较一下觉得合适不合适.

You are right on 3rd one. However, if it is minor stuff, just forget it.

Chinese or not Chinese, it is hard to expect perfect service. It is always like that especially for plumbing type of service ...

So, instead being stressful yourself, just let it go ... like finding someone else to do painting or do it yourself. Painting is easy.

What is the difference between you can not repair it and it is in good condition?

It is not good to discriminate against Chinese plumbers. Generally speaking, Chinese or Asian service providers are nice and professional.

You can find someone else but shouldn't post here. It is not fair.

If you always behave like this, you will probably suffer more financially down the road.

I am not bullying him. He gave the price of 280 and I never bargin it. He repaired it. Yes, but he also promised to paint the ceiling. He did not do it. I do not mind to pay another $100.
