你知道，新车在运输过程中虽然有贴纸保护，但还是难免有刮痕，稍微好一点的车行都有自己的或者固定Contract的Garage， 他们自己修就是个成本，你要自己修就贵了

噢，原来Q7是made in 斯洛伐克的
怎么说呢！ 其实我今天过去，我就说帮我把那些搞掉 然后就出现了 这么一系列的事情！ 我就是感觉他们真的是欺软怕硬啊！中国人就应该高调了～～～～！！！！

主要他们看你们两个是孩子吧，相对好胡弄一些
年轻人买新车还是好车，他们知道你们花的是父母的钱，不会太心疼，好讲话些
要是老移去买车，他们知道老移们是自己血汗钱，不容易胡弄，他们就没这么嚣张了

搞到nissan Canada 和OMVIC
1. 搞到nissan Canada
It may give you some compensation or fix/paint in free for you.
In my case, Audi Canada requested the dealership to take my car to a professional Bodyshop to repair and paint, cost about 1000 dollars, free of charge of me.
Audi Canada offered me one month's payment. And the Dealership offered me to change a new one. I refused both of their offers and requested to just return back.
I raised the issue to OMVIC for the settlement.
2. 搞到OMVIC
No helps to our consummers but maybe left a bad record to Nissan'S REPUTATION.
Why ?
Here are some reasons:
- OMVIC is a organization to resolve those issues raised by consummers; however, all those Auto Makers are members of this organization;
- OMVIC DOSE make a record for Nissan if you complain it and will affact , somehow, its reputation;
- Nissan will use its resourse to dea with OMVIC but not you;
- Finally the OMVIC will send a Adjuster(similer to a middle man, but his/her judge is final as the one of court) to make a judgement on your case, which 99% probabaly will favour the Auto Maker, not the consumer. That's all !
Above is my experiences with Audi and OMVIC.
I did not try and am not sure that to have a lawyer or involvement of media more useful or not.

十年前买第一辆车时，顺便上该车行看看，当时该车行还在bank街上，就被一中东卖车的忽悠签了买一旧的altima合同，当时根本没有买车的计划，就硬被他们忽悠上当，好在当时留下心眼，只好推说说要回家与老婆商量。其实老婆根本不在家。不过回家上网一查， 该旧车价比当时该新车价还高，马上回车行取消了合同。那哥们还继续忽悠同样价钱给我新车。瞎得我从此不上该车行，也不敢与中东人打交道。

只能讲Rockman太不走运了，绝对是个案，属于买Lotus中奖的概率
买Q7的基本属于很有钱而且是大家庭需要7Seats的SUV
Q5 和 Q7 在中国车行是限量的，要等很久
在Ottawa Q5 定车交押金后要等半年，因为车要从德国汉堡运来
Rockman兄弟买Q7 本身就说明事先他是很仰慕Q7 的吧:blink:
对对对，是路顺，他在27元的那楼里发过火，年轻气盛点。
