MPAC 的房子估价应该怎么看？

新房， 看着比成交价低， 是不是他们的算法去掉了GST呢？

同理， 如果旧房的话， 比较公允的价格是不是应该MPAC价格+13% GST呢 ？

我的问题是，想要个旧房的公允价，税务用途。 MPAC的估价我看不懂，好像比市场价低不少？

yes, it is one option.
But just want to see if we can simply get it from MPAC then it's easier and save some $$, too.

Everybody here don't see any relationship between MPAC evaluation and fair market value?

When cra calculates your capital gain, what you might loss is much more than the appraisal fee(if you are converting your primary residence to a rental, then you decide to sell it after a few years with some appreciation)

That is very true. So any good appraisor to recommend? Any Chinese one?

Your bank/mortgage broker should be able to suggest an appraiser to you.
