MPAC 的房子估价应该怎么看?

新房, 看着比成交价低, 是不是他们的算法去掉了GST呢?

同理, 如果旧房的话, 比较公允的价格是不是应该MPAC价格+13% GST呢 ?
 
不是。买后mpac越低越好,卖时高好。

我的问题是,想要个旧房的公允价,税务用途。 MPAC的估价我看不懂,好像比市场价低不少?

yes, it is one option.
But just want to see if we can simply get it from MPAC then it's easier and save some $$, too.

Everybody here don't see any relationship between MPAC evaluation and fair market value?
 
When cra calculates your capital gain, what you might loss is much more than the appraisal fee:)(if you are converting your primary residence to a rental, then you decide to sell it after a few years with some appreciation)

That is very true. So any good appraisor to recommend? Any Chinese one?
 
Your bank/mortgage broker should be able to suggest an appraiser to you.
