都看过， Mattamy的房子，格局都太小， 本来就不大的地方，还弄的一个小格子一个小格子那样的。

Monarch的要好一点。

最舒服的是Tamarack的。

UrbanDale的独立房跟RichCraft的独立房，都是一个毛病， 又窄又深。

而且， 不知道为什么， 第二层都不喜欢把面积充分利用。



他们两家的设计风格很类似

一家人开的，两块招牌。。。中国话说叫一套班子两块牌子。。。

My parents got a brand new Tamarack house 4 years ago and I lived in it for 3 years and dealt with most of the initial issues (they didn't live in the house really).

Tamarack sucks. After-sales? HAH you frigging wish. Construction quality is poor. Tons of people have issues with foundations cracking or even worse. One neighbor had to have his driveway dug up and the foundation re-done.

My uncle got a house from them and he's suing them at the moment I believe.

I believe our neighborhood (Riverside South) is trying to get a class action lawsuit against Tamarack/Urbandale/Richcraft.

其实都是个案，哪个builder的个案多些，说明那家的管理差些。traders work for all the builders, experienced or not if the company/foreman cares less on the quality, then the traders will deliver lousy jobs.

俺邻居家也有许多闹心事儿，但可能是人家高标尊严要求。

那些车库问题， foundation问题统统能够解决。
