大家都吃什么零食?总觉得没得吃。。。

很少吃零食,一旦开吃,必定是把零食按主食得份量吃,然后胃痛。

不过常规备有核桃仁。

吃饭,吃水果,酸奶,中间饿了吃个muffin之类,算吃零食吗?
这个难说,看是谁的标准,这都是这里的主食!;)
 
买些地瓜,晒地瓜干吃。
这个真没做过,自己烤箱里考过,店里买的红薯干跟以前的味道感觉都不一样,不好吃。你怎么晒啊,太阳底下吗?
 
中西店里多少零食啊,能吃得太多了~~
COSCO的各种果仁,巧克力,他们自己做的并干很好吃,冰激凌,,,
这些家里都有,可还是觉得不够,哈哈。今晚刚添买了冰激凌 :)
 
以前朋友有介绍一个可以干燥水果,蔬菜的小机器,amazon 上有卖的,挺好。水果,红薯,南瓜。。。。。特别是南瓜很好吃:good:
自己自制的没有添加剂和防腐剂:good:
这个的确,干燥水果蔬菜我也非常喜欢,不过超贵。。。
