bass 的内膜很苦，清理鱼的时候根本除不掉，我还试过用酒浸泡，但是效果不好，不知道哪位高人有好办法。 再有，感觉bass 身上的土腥味比国内的淡水鱼强一些，虽然不是太大问题，也有些煞风景，我用很多豆瓣酱倒是可以把那味干掉，但是听说用苏打水浸泡效果好，请问有没有人试过，或者更有高招？
