News from PSAC website: Workforce Adjustment: 600 Members Affected | Union of Taxation Employees "Approximately 700 permanent employees' positions are impacted by a workforce adjustment (WFA) process at CRA".

Many term employees and students' term have already been early terminated before yesterday. Yesterday's lay off (or called WFA) is only for permanent employees.
