近日将去边境申请TN， 但不是很确定是否会顺利。拜读了精华区的帖子，但还有以下疑问，望各位解答： 1，如果首次申请失败，对第二次申请有何限制？如时间上，是否要间隔至少几天？会否被告知那些文件不全，不符合哪些条件等等。 2，如果来不及在报到日之前申请到手，有什莫变通的方式可用？如果由公司代为申请，是要等到申请成功之后，才能开始工作，还是提出申请后就可以？ 多谢！
