救命！我删除了笔记本电脑上的一些软件，可能不小心把设置显示器的清晰度的软件也删除了，现在宽屏幕上的字都被扯成不合比例了。而且在Properties里面没有宽屏幕清晰度的选择，现在就只有1064x728。怎么恢复？我没有和电脑一起来的cd。

有没有人知道怎么回收或者丢弃健身器械，象elliptical之类的？ 谢谢！
