过年去了一趟魁北克.5:00PM - 9:00PM 是上鱼高峰.三人上了近500条鱼.不过这种鱼不大,但好吃.

龙无忌: I used to be here in Summer and I caught a lot of fish including big eel over 1kg. I am not sure if you lead us to the same place. Only 130km from Ottawa (route 40 exit 12 at Rigaud,opposite to Oka) and save some time comparing with going Oka. Please let me know. I will find the contact...

Oka fishing hut is only used for stay to get warm. You still have to go out on the ice to check the lines and clean the hole surface evry half hour. Unfortunately the best ice fishing place is too far uo to 3.5 hours drive from Ottawa. Check this:Quebec Ice fishing paradise

Are you saying Oka park in Montreal north-west? It is a two hours drive. Do you still have extra car pool space?
