only if you have a lot money,for last 15 weeks,every Friday i went out for lunch with my friend in chinatown,one small restaurant.we did not have to pay tax,the owner was doing the cooking.mor than 50% owner dose the cooking.u will find out or ask your friend, who was doing the cooking.. -
