为了正建造中的房子，怎样和建筑商斗争呢？［请教］
我们要求建筑商在Family Room加装Pot light ，在位置上有些改动，稍往中间靠。在房子建造中去看了一下，大跌眼镜。竟然在通往二楼的通风管上，敲出一个凹处，然后放置 Pot light 。如此一来，我们将来再加装的另一个对应的 Pot light ，也得再敲个洞洞出来。和他们反应了，但那时天花板已装上了。昨天再追问，说已Fix了。没开天花板能 fix?变个小蜜蜂飞进去？ 两个问题请教： １。这是否会有安全隐患，通风管和灯具相依相偎的，会不会引起过热？ ２。对二楼的那个通风管，是那个房间唯一的一个管道，吹风的风速，空气的质量，会不会受影响？... -
