OTTAWA房屋价格2012评估会有24%上升
恭喜OTTAWA所有业主啦, 星期四的OTTAWA CITIZEN报道, Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC)对于OTTAWA 2012年的屋业评估较四年之前会有24%的平均升幅, 其中GLEBE/WESTBORO 会高于平均值24%. 一边是房屋市场前景看跌, 另一面却是市政府狂涨屋业估价, 好不矛盾. MPAC基本上都是安省市长们的亲戚啊. 估计秋季9/10月份大家就会收到评估信函的. -

HONDA 98 CIVIC 发不动，请教
车子停在车库里大约一个星期没用，今天早上发现发动不了。不是BATTERY的问题，JUNP-START也没用，SPARKLES和WIRES都是刚换一年新的。请问高手，怎么判断是不是点火系统或化油器的问题？还有没有别的问题？ 谢谢 -

My answer machine doesn't work with Rogers Home Phone
How many people did expereince similar thing? My answer machine was working well with Bell's landline phone, no problem. But after I switched to Rogers phone, it stopped working or recording any incoming message. It's an old machine but at least it can identify pulse or tone dialing. What... -
