My parents stayed here over 6 months and came back to China, now they are applying for the immigration, and need to get the police certificate for this period. Is there anybody know how to apply this certificate? Any info will be appreciated.

I'm planning go back to China next month, and have a valid China passport, also got the Canadian citizenship. Do I need to apply the Canadian passport? If not, is there any problem when going back to Canada because the landing paper is invalid? Thanks a lot for your help.
