    请问fatty 要注意，我也刚刚谈了keeprite的deal. 最好到他们的网站上去查一下分销商的联系方式。我签的deal是10年压缩机，5年parts and labour waranty. 2 ton的1765 包税，我要得是中档的，还有更便宜的。去年找那个中文报纸上的来评估，他说我家只有3根线，不够装空调的，要加线就要给房子打通什么的，而且要加很多钱。今年一查，他不是keeprite分销商列表中的，所以好像不太专业，今年的人来评估也说少线，但是不用打洞，他们有办法，而且没加什么钱。我暗自庆幸亏去年没装。 Could you tell me the phone...

    Question about mortgage

    我想问，如果我每月还银行钱的数额比实际还多的话。For example, my mortgage payment is 600/month(25years), but I pay 800. 本来，第一个月的600元中，250 is principle, 350 is interest. 第二个月的600元中，252 is principle, 348 is interest. 由于我在第一个月中多付了二百元。这样的话，是否我实际第二个月的600元中，principle>252, interest<348? 不知是否应该这样来理解？ 不太明白，希望有高人指点一二。
