She could have arranged other ways to repay the fine with the city, like community service, but it's up to her and the city. What you sounded like was that it was wrong to give her the fine at all, that I disagree.

I would make sure I won't litter anymore. That's exactly what happened with my speeding problem. Final draw was that I once got 3 tickets at once, total to $660: one for tailgating, one for passing from right hand side, one for speeding. I paid the speeding ticket and fought and won the other...

I did however regret not going to the Bruce Springsteen concert. :wall: Watched an interview of Bruce promoting his newest platinum CD Devils & Dust, he is such a talented and honest artist! Will definitely get a CD.
