基本上其实只有两个可以真正自由选择的，学了esl就会没掉了。

不一定，如果该课程没有限制的条件。 但是要看清楚自己系的要求，例如commerce就要求有13个学分是必须在1000 level以上的。

it sounds unreasonable that government transfer the burden to the international student because the government's poor performance. anyway, i don't have choice. btw, I don't believe that the government do not make profit from the international student even i don't have proof.

作为国际学生想省学费的途径只有好好学习，赚奖学金或提早毕业，在政府的眼里， 我们只是很多头肥羊，而且是很肥。 我记得省长和我一起读小学的时候说过，磨刀霍霍向肥羊。

但一买就好象和买手机一样要签contract似的。
