找房子可真难呀，总是多多少少有点毛病，看烦了。 又看了个房子，25年了，带个inground swimming pool. 我们没打算买带pool的，个人认为： 1）带pool肯定要贵；2）怕不安全，对小宝们。3）最多用3个月，维护工作量大，当然只是听说，所以想请高人给讲讲， 1， 冬天，夏天都需要什么样的maintainance，都涉及什么费用。 2， 安全问题都会有哪些？ 3， 需要什么accessory? 4， etc。 还有个问题，自己开始没想到，使人家提醒了，门正对着楼梯，而且距离就一米左右，听说从风水学不好，都什么说道？:(

在魁省这边，每次看mls时，觉得2个差不多大小的房屋，Lot也差不太多，基本是同一时期建的，为什么assessment差很多。比如说都是1500sf,2 story，90年建，building assessment能差几万，是怎么回事？谢谢。
