请问：小孩在上学时受伤，学校应该负责吗？
我的孩子（上小学）几天前在学校的操场活动时被其他同学推挤压至腿骨折，之后学校以不便照看为由，要求孩子能自理后才能返校。“伤筋动骨100天”，这意味着一个学期就没没了！ 在加拿大，是否学校应该负有一定的责任--不说学校看管上是否失职，至少保证孩子不耽误太多学业？ 不知哪位先人曾遇到过类似情形或了解安省有关法规，给予解答，甚谢！ EMail: zhaodudu_ca@yahoo.ca -
