我从来没有在网络上发表过文章，可是今天我很想写点东西，有感于马云先生的一元论和王石先生的十元论， 实在是不敢苟同。 首先，不管是一元论还是十元论，都没有违法。不过个人仍然觉得企业不需要也不应该限制员工的捐款权利，或者说提出建议。更何况说企业提出的建议本身应该是对社会做出研究之后而提出的，简单地说，十元论应该与员工收入，社会通胀水平相符合，那么王石先生和他背后的董事会需要雇一个经济学家或者一个咨询公司每年都给个调整什么的？如果说没有， 那么这十元论无疑是空穴来风，拍脑袋出来的。从这一点来说，我很希望万科的员工能够站出来，给我们一个正确说法，或者说确认...
