油皮材料： 　　面粉，酥油(shortening)，面粉和shortening的比例为3：1，少量水 将所有油皮材料放入钵盆里，混合成团，放在案板上反复搓揉至表面光滑且有点筋度。用保鲜膜覆盖面团，使松弛10分钟。 油酥材料： 　　面粉，酥油，面粉和shortening的比例为2.5：1，千万不要加水。 混合油酥材料在钵盆，反复搓揉至成团且表面光滑。（可能刚开始会觉得很干，千万不要自行添加材料，要有点耐心，揉久一点自然会变均匀且慢慢成团状）...
