[问题] 有朋友take过 qualifying program吗？
not sure about the A- part. I did a one year qualifying program here and wasn't aware of that. But I might be wrong. Depenging on you department, you may have to submit one more reference letter from one of the profs who have taught during the qualifying year when you apply for graduate studies. -
