Question about Right of Permanent Residence Fee

I have just paid this fee for my parents immigration. On the official receipt, it asks for Payer Information, like name, birthdate, address, phone number, etc. Does anyone know if I should put in my info or my parents' info? Does this info matter at all if I attach it to the application?

Put your parents info, not yours.

我在ROLIA上看到，如果是接到ME通知让付费的话，给的说明是填写SPONSOR的信息。

但也有人回复说专门打电话问了，被告知写SPONSOR或者APPLICANT的信息都行。唯一区别就是如果退款的话只退给收据上面提供信息的那个人。
