Give me a break! who are the people usually sit in the Board of Director? the employees? the shareholders?

在公司运作不好的情况, the regular employees are let go...only the CEO still earn millions...haven't you read some of the stories? like Nortel?

I think there's something terribly wrong with this system too. It is ridiculous that a company goes bankrupt but the CEO still gets millions of dollars as a bonus. Isn't the bonus supposed to reward good performance? How can you justify it's good performance if, with his/her lead, the company goes into bankrupcy? My guess is that with these type of companies, the management and the board collectively kidnapped shareholders by using information asymmetry.
