A big house in the Chinatown area of Ottawa, at 150 Rochester Street has a smaller room for renting. It will be available from mid February 2012 for $390/month for one person.
Price is all inclusive (heat, electricity, water, phone, cable & Internet). No smoking inside! No pets.
There are two kitchens and bathrooms upstairs to share. There are four bedrooms in total. Convenient 5 minutes walk east to Kowloon supermarket.
