A strange car purchase offer

A guy from UK offers to buy my used car listed on a web site by paypal. A shipping company will pick up the car after I have received the payment. I am surprised why the guy is interested in an old car valued at only $1600 far away and is willing to pay high shipping cost without even looking at it. Is there any way he can make money out of the deal?

for PayPal payment, all they need is an email address, nothing about personal information involved. I guess the trick is the 'buyer protection' from PayPal, if the product is not exactly what they are looking for, they can ask Paypal to refund their money (and got your car).

On the other hand, s/he might in love with your car, never know.
