不一定。 要分downtown具体位置。 在downtown core area是free的， 其它地方3点或者5点以后free

Free weekend parking is available on weekends at City lots and on-street parking meters located within the downtown core. The downtown core is the area bounded in the east by the Rideau Canal and in the west by Bronson Avenue. The northern boundary is Wellington Street, while in the south the boundary is Catherine Street.

那怎么才能知道自己停的地方是不是free的呢？meter上有写吗？

some meter ask Monday-Friday,
some ask Monday-Saturday.
