重装系统当然是很彻底的办法。但也是最后的办法，因为花的时间长。

你的机器上有http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/products/security-essentials　吗？如果没有，可以先试试。

已经不能联网，无法试这网址。看来真的病得不轻。实在没法就只好明天重装系统了。

XP Internet Security 2012 is a fake antivirus program. What it does is to trick you to provide your credit card/personal information when buying this program online.

At this point, it seems it's not possible to install any AV software.

Solution:

1.take the hard drive out;

2.back up your personal data through another PC with AV software by connecting this drive to the PC (through USB adapter or SATA / IDE port depending on drive interface)

3.scan the files that has been backed up

4. put the drive back to the computer where it belong

5. install Windows, drivers, updates.

千万不要买XP Internet Security 2012 ， 那是一流氓软件。他故意产生根本不存在的病毒警报诱骗你提供信用卡信息。是否从你卡上扣钱不得而知。
我已经几次遇到了， 杀病毒不起作用，安全模式下也不行。解决办法是用系统恢复到以前时间点。方法是start-all program-accessories-system tools-点system restore新的system check 流氓软件更气人， 他把program 目录下所有内容都删掉了， 只好用windows explorer, 找到C:\WINDOWS\system32\Restore 目录， 运行rstrui.exe

Just search a code!!!

I met the same issue last month. Just search a code by using another PC through google. Once this code (ten digital code) is entered, the problem is solved. It is totally legal for this issue. Good Luck! Lin-Ping
