need suggestion: 矫正平足的鞋垫

Just went to Appletree medical centre recently because I have feet pain and was told the problem is caused by flat feet and the doctor ask me to wear a kind of 矫正平足的鞋垫. They said they will do the design then send to their lab to make it and the cost is $450/pair. I have health insurance which can cover 80% so the cost is not an issue.



My concern is that I do not know if the lab of Appletree Medical Centre is good or not. I never went to other clinic before and do not have a family doctor.



Is there anyone bought this kind of 矫正平足的鞋垫 before and any suggestions?

I had that for more than 10 years. It is generally good for your feet especially if you have severe flat foot problem. Mine was not that bad. I had pain running and I found out the new running shoes were causing the problem as well. But I continued wearing the orthotics on some shoes. To this date I still wear it on certain shoes.

Thank you for your reply. Did you shop around before you bought the orthotics? I do not know if Appletree Medical centre's lab is good or not. And did you feel uncomfortable when you started to wear it?
